Madrassa An-Noor for the Blind offers the following methods of payment:

Credit Card
Bank Transfer / Direct Deposit or EFT
All payments are charged in South African Rand.

This website offers a currency selection feature to give you an idea of what a product will cost in another currency. We try to maintain the exchange rate on a regular basis, however the Rand price will be the determining price.

Credit Card

We accept Amex, Diners, Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card details (name on card, number, expiry date and last 3 digits of the number on back of your card) will be requested on the payments page. Madrassa An-Noor for the Blind offers safe credit card transactions.

We do not record your credit card number on our website. All payments are processed by a safe and secure payments gateway managed by Pay Gate (www.paygate.co.za). Pay Gate (www.paygate.co.za) processes all credit card transactions. All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted which can be verified. This method ensures the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate VCS to obtain confidential information. Virtual Card Services Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems. Virtual Card Services continually reviews and enhanced its security in line with technological changes.

Unfortunately we have no control over which payments are authorised; this is unfortunately in the hands of the banking fraternity. Please contact your bank directly should there by a declined on your payment. You cannot use your debit card to pay.

Budget Account

South African card holders can use their credit card budget facility for any order over R300. Simply select the payment period (3, 6, 12, 18 or 24 months) when entering your credit card details during checkout.
Please insure that you place your order number and surname in the reference. (You have to quote your order number and surname as reference to ensure we know who the money from – this way we can allocate the payment to your order).

Shipping

We aim to despatch all orders within seven days of receipt, or otherwise advise via email. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method chosen during the checkout process However the following delivery times should be a maximum.
South Africa – Within 7 to 10 days. Rest of the Word – Between 10 – 30 days

We do not make money on shipping. While we cannot work out the exact amount due on shipping at the point of placing the order – the amount is a fairly good approximation. Should the amount paid not be sufficient to cover the shipping charges, we will contact you by e-mail to advise you.

Due to security reasons we do not offer delivery to a different address other than the billing address.

If you selected will arrange my own shipping – you will need to advise us by e-mail of who will be collecting and at what time. We cannot ship out of our normal hours of trade. Goods will be kept for a maximum of one month collection.

We do not insure goods and all risk will pass onto the client once goods have been sent off. If a tracking number is provided by the method chosen, we will forward that to you on request.

Should you choose to use a shipping method does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost or damaged in transit, no refund or return will be considered under any circumstances. Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. There may be an additional shipping charge in this case. No goods will be shipped unless full payment has been received.

Returns / Refunds

Due to the nature of the media business, no goods may be returned for refund unless found to be defective. Should a CD, DVD or book be defective, it will be replaced with the same title. We reserve the right to refund the value paid.

Delivery fees are non refundable on refunds/returns, you agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns.
If goods arrive defective upon receipt, you have up to 7 days from date of receipt to request exchange for a new one. Item must be returned in its original and unused condition and must also be in its original box and packing.

Should you choose to use a carried that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost or damaged in transit, no refund or return will be considered. Loss damage will be for your account.

Product Availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. The majority of items are always in stock and we will endeavour to dispatch the goods within seven days of order.
Should the product not be in stock, we will inform the client by e-mail and refund the client in full within 30 days.
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timorously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delay. Should we be faced with such an occurrence we will contact you shipping schedule.

Monitoring

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).
